Volunteer Recognition Lunch – 2017
On May 17, 2017, Goshen Community Care & Hospice celebrated the contributions of all of their volunteers by gathering at the Mary Stuart House for lunch.
It was an afternoon to celebrate our volunteers and all that they do for our organization from driving, preparing meals, providing visits to our hospice clients, providing wellness visits to those coming home from the hospital or a nursing home stay, helping at senior socials or senior lunch, helping with mailings for the organization or volunteering to sell water at the Goshen Fair.
The coziness of the Mary Stuart House gave us a welcoming dining area and the Board of Directors provided the delicious foods and desserts. Meeting each of the volunteers that day explains why our organization is so successful because each volunteer brings their special skills, unselfish giving and loving commitment to our town and it’s residents.
