Traditional Yoga with Crystal- August 2026

Time: 9:30 am - 10:30 am

Join us Fridays for Traditional Yoga with Crystal.

August 7th-28th

9:30-10:30 AM

$15 for the month.
Drop in for $5 per class.
This class will open, stretch, and strengthen your body!  It introduces the foundational principles of yoga and the blending of gentle movement and deep breathing.  We will focus on optimal physical alignment and creating balance.

Enjoy board games, crafts, and other fun activities while socializing with your neighbors every Tuesday between 1:00-3:00 p.m. Free of charge!

Please note: On the 1st Tuesday of each month, a visiting nurse will be present for a monthly blood pressure clinic.  Please arrive at 12:30 before the social begins to take advantage of this free service.

$15 for the month. Drop in for $5 per class.
This class provides the benefits of yoga from a seated position.  We will focus on breathing, strengthening, flexibility, and mental wellness through modified yoga poses and Crystal singing bowl vibrations.

2026 Water Sale at the Goshen Fair!

All-day event

Join us for our biggest fundraiser of the year!

Goshen Community Care is the exclusive water seller each year at the Goshen Fair. Every bottle we sell raises funds that go directly towards our community programs and services. Be sure to visit our booth September 5th-7th to get your water, or visit one of our partners who will be selling water on our behalf, American Legion,  Steak Tips & Tenders, and the Dawg Tour Hot Dogs.
We can’t wait to see you Labor Day weekend at the Goshen Fair!

Table Talk Hot Lunch-September

Time: 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Join us on Tuesdays for lunch and educational programming!

Our free monthly lunch for our older adult residents is held on the second Tuesday of every month. The lunch is catered by a local Goshen restaurant and is followed by a brief educational program. The meal is served at 12:00 noon and is made possible with grant support from Connecticut Community Foundation.

Guest Speaker: Judy Motel, Owner, Sunset Meadow Vineyards

Join us for an engaging presentation as Judy shares how her family built a multi-generational business and one of the Top 101 Wineries in America. Learn about the winemaking process and the growth of a successful local vineyard.

Grief Support Group- Fall 2026 Session

Find healing and hope as you navigate through your grief journey

We all react differently to the loss of a loved one. Whatever the cause of their death, we are never quite prepared for the flood of emotions and the feeling of brokenness within. No matter where you are along this path, the group can support you in finding hope and healing in your journey through grief.

Balance and Strength with Agata

Time: 9:00 am - 10:00 am

Join us Monday mornings this Spring for this FREE wellness class!

 

New session!

It’s time to improve your Balance and Strength with our experienced Pilates instructor, Agata Parrott.

Mondays from 9-10 AM through November 30th in the Parish Hall! Please note: no class will be held on October 12

This class will incorporate Pilates utilizing various equipment, including:

  • Chair
  • Wall
  • Small props such as balls, bands, and magic circles.

While improving strength and balance, you will build strength and stamina so you can walk out of each class empowered and confident to live the life you want.

No experience necessary, all fitness levels welcome!

Good Company Boxed Lunch- September

Time: 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Join us the 3rd Wednesday of each month for a cold lunch box and good company!

Our free monthly boxed lunch for seniors is held on the third Wednesday of every month. Our lunch boxes will contain a sandwich, fruit, cookies, chips, and a beverage- at no cost to you, thanks to a generous grant from the Connecticut Community Foundation.
