Back by popular demand, it’s time to improve our Balance and Stregnth with experienced Pilates instructor, Agata Parrott.
Mondays from 9-10 AM. March 2nd through May 18th in the Parish Hall!
This class will incorporate Pilates utilizing various equipment, including:
While improving strength and balance, you will build strength and stamina so you can walk out of each class empowered and confident to live the life you want.
No experience necessary, all fitness levels welcome!

We all react differently to the loss of a loved one. Whatever the cause of their death, we are never quite prepared for the flood of emotions and the feeling of brokenness within. No matter where you are along this path, the group can support you in finding hope and healing in your journey through grief.
In response to January’s Community-Wide Grief Session, Goshen Community Care and the Town of Goshen are partnering to offer an evening Grief Support Group this Spring, led by Karen Jax Giarnese, RN.
Monday evenings from 6:30-8:00 PM.
April 6th- May 18th, 2026. This program is free of charge.

Our free monthly lunch for our older adult residents is held on the second Tuesday of every month. The lunch is catered by a local Goshen restaurant and is followed by a brief educational program. The meal is served at 12:00 noon and is made possible with grant support from Connecticut Community Foundation.

Each year the Connecticut Community Foundation holds an online give-a-thon for Greater Litchfield Hills and Waterbury area non-profits. Goshen Community Care is one of the participating non-profits, and our participation allows us to be eligible for extra cash prizes from the foundation!
We are seeking to raise $3,500 this year in support of our programs and services. Goshen Community Care is a community-led organization that facilitates neighbors helping fellow neighbors. With only two part-time staff members, our organization depends on amazing volunteers to support and fulfill the needs of Goshen residents. We offer:
