Good Company Boxed Lunch- March

Time: 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Join us the 3rd Wednesday of each month for a cold lunch box and good company!

NEW for 2025!

Our free monthly boxed lunch for seniors is held on the third Wednesday of every month. Our lunch boxes will contain a sandwich, fruit, cookies, chips, and a beverage- at no cost to you!  Lunch boxes are provided by Goshen Community Care and fulfilled by Charlene Dutka of Ciesco Catering Company of Goshen, CT.

Our March lunch will feature guest speaker Jerry Geci of SMART Taskforce to share exciting information on recycling and repurposing, followed by card games and other activities.

Grief Support Group

Find healing and hope as you navigate through your grief journey

We all react differently to the loss of a loved one. Whatever the cause of their death, we are never quite prepared for the flood of emotions and the feeling of brokenness within. No matter where you are along this path, the group can support you in finding hope and healing in your journey through grief.  Led by Karen Jax Giarnese, RN.

Table Talk Hot Lunch- April

Time: 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Join us on Tuesdays for lunch and educational programming!

Our free monthly lunch for our older adult residents is held on the second Tuesday of every month. The lunch is catered by a local Goshen restaurant and is followed by a brief educational program. The meal is served at 12:00 noon and is made possible with grant support from Connecticut Community Foundation.

For April we welcome guest Peni-Igo Clark, who found a second career as a children’s book author after “retirement”.  Lunch will be provided by our friends at Milk & Honey Grill.
