About Us
Our Mission is to assist the residents of Goshen by offering engaging programs that enhance physical and emotional wellbeing, and by providing supportive care services in time of need so that all residents may live in dignity, safety, and comfort.
We do this by:
Organizing programs for older residents that enhance physical and social wellbeing;
Coordinating community care services for those in need;
Providing assistance to those who return home from a hospital stay, outpatient treatment, or who are housebound;
Offering transportation to medical appointments, personal shopping, companionship;
Loaning medical supplies and equipment;
Hosting educational programs on topics that particularly impact older adults;
Collaborating with local visiting nurse programs to support those who are terminally ill and to their families; and
Sponsoring bereavement support.
