Join us Fridays for Traditional Yoga with Crystal.

This class will open, stretch, and strengthen your body! It introduces the foundational principles of yoga and the blending of gentle movement and deep breathing. We will focus on optimal physical alignment and creating balance.

Classes will take place at Kobylenski Lodge (at Camp Cochipianee) 291 Beach Street Goshen CT until June 19th.
Beginning June 26th, classes will move to the Parish Hall, 5 Old Middle Street Goshen, until further notice.
