Join us on Tuesdays for lunch and educational programming!
Our free monthly lunch for our older adult residents is held on the second Tuesday of every month. The lunch is catered by a local Goshen restaurant and is followed by a brief educational program. The meal is served at 12:00 noon and is made possible with grant support from Connecticut Community Foundation.
Guest Speaker: Frank Krasowski, PT/Owner, The Hills Physical Therapy
Frank will share practical tips for staying strong, mobile, and independent as we age, including ways to improve balance, prevent falls, and keep doing the activities you enjoy.
