Chair Yoga with Crystal- June
Join us Wednesdays for Chair Yoga with Crystal.

$15 for the month. Drop in for $5 per class.
This class provides the benefits of yoga from a seated position. We will focus on breathing, strengthening, flexibility, and mental wellness through modified yoga poses and Crystal singing bowl vibrations.

Classes will take place at Kobylenski Lodge (at Camp Cochipianee) 291 Beach Street Goshen CT through June 17th.
Beginning June 24th, classes will move to the Parish Hall, 5 Old Middle Street Goshen, until further notice.
