Traditional Yoga with Crystal

Join us Fridays this Spring for Traditional Yoga with Crystal.

Each 8 week session is $25
Drop in for $5 per class.

This class will open, stretch, and strengthen your body! It introduces the foundational principles of yoga and the blending of gentle movement and deep breathing. We will focus on optimal physical alignment and creating balance.

Join us on Thursdays for this FREE wellness class!

Join us Thursday afternoons this Spring from 2:30-3:30PM in this free class for seniors. All athletic abilities are welcome! We will be focusing on improving overall wellness and balance.

8 sessions. Drop-ins welcome!

Chair Yoga with Crystal

Join us Wednesdays this Spring for Chair Yoga with Crystal.

This class provides the benefits of yoga from a seated position. We will focus on breathing, strengthening, flexibility, and mental wellness through modified yoga poses and Crystal singing bowl vibrations.

Good Company Boxed Lunch- May

Time: 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Join us the 3rd Wednesday of each month for a cold lunch box and good company!

NEW for 2025!

Our free monthly boxed lunch for seniors is held on the third Wednesday of every month. Our lunch boxes will contain a sandwich, fruit, cookies, chips, and a beverage- at no cost to you! Lunch boxes are provided by Goshen Community Care and fulfilled by Milk & Honey Grill.

Our May lunch will feature guest speaker Deborrah Sanford with New Opportunities, who will highlight their “Elder Services.” There is a Foster Grandparent program, Home Safety Program, Money Management Program, Senior Café/Senior Dine, and more.

Our guest speaker will be followed by card games and other activities.
