NEW SESSION! Balance and Strength with Agata
Join us Monday mornings this Spring for this FREE wellness class!

Back by popular demand, it’s time to improve our Balance and Stregnth with experienced Pilates instructor, Agata Parrott.
Mondays from 9-10 AM. March 2nd through May 18th in the Parish Hall!
This class will incorporate Pilates utilizing various equipment, including:
- Chair
- Wall
- Small props such as balls, bands, and magic circles.
While improving strength and balance, you will build strength and stamina so you can walk out of each class empowered and confident to live the life you want.
No experience necessary, all fitness levels welcome!
