Wreath Donation Criteria & Tips:
- Minimum of 18 inches round
- Must provide wreath and decor items
- Select a decor theme (beach, candy land, vintage, country, winter wonderland, holiday baking, cup of cheer, etc.)
- Feel free to add value to your wreath with the addition of gift cards, small gift items, etc.
- Wreath donations can be picked up at your business/organization address or dropped at the Parish Hall at 5 Old Middle Street in Goshen by Sunday, November 30.
- Please email lmarano@goshencommunitycare.org or call us at 860-491-4673 to arrange pickup/drop off.
- Please complete the form below and attach it to your wreath when turning your wreath in.
