Our 2024 Holiday Ornament is now available for purchase! This year’s ornament features Thorncrest Farm & Milk House Chocolates.
Owned and operated by the Thorn Family and established in 1980, this wonderful farm has been a local staple for over 40 years.
Goshen Community Care is pleased to offer this 2024 hand-blown glass ornament featuring Thorncrest Farm & Milk House Chocolates for sale for $15.00. All proceeds from the sale of these ornaments will be used to help provide the programs and services we offer to our local community.
